Troy “Trey” S. Martin, III was born in San Antonio, Texas. Martin was admitted to the Texas bar in 1989. He is licensed to practice law in Texas and in the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit as well as in the U.S. District Court, Western District of Texas and U.S. District Court, Southern District of Texas.
