Curtis L. Cukjati

Partner

Curt is a founding partner of the San Antonio-based law firm Martin Cukjati & Tom, LLP. He is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Texas and is admitted to practice before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Curt is committed to helping those who are most deserving of focused legal services. Curt achieved an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell in 2011, which he maintains to this day.

Troy “Trey” S. Martin, III

Partner

Trey is an entrepreneur, businessman, and trial lawyer. His deep understanding of business operations is owed to 30 years of experience as a trial lawyer and CEO of his own business, Tejas Rodeo Company. Before founding this firm, he earned a Bachelor of Science, Master of Business Administration (MBA), and Juris Doctorate. He then worked in the commercial and banking litigation section of a major law firm.

Jacob D. Cukjati

Partner

Jacob primarily focuses on serious personal injury claims. Before joining Martin, Cukjati & Tom, Jacob worked for a distinguished plaintiff’s products liability law firm in Houston, focusing on tire and automobile defect cases around the nation. He honed his skills in briefing and research on a large docket of complex product defect cases. Thereafter, he joined another reputable personal injury law firm in Houston, where he worked on several large product liability cases and oilfield injury cases.

Alec Perez

Associate

Alec Perez is an associate attorney with Martin & Cukjati, LLP. Alec began working for the Firm as a law clerk and provided the Firm with stellar legal research and writing while completing his law school education. Alec’s practice is devoted 100% to litigation primarily focusing on complex commercial litigation and personal injury cases. Alec has additional experience in civil appeals and original proceedings.  Alec graduated from the University of Texas San Antonio Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts and graduated Magna Cum Laude with his Juris Doctorate from Texas Tech University School of Law. Alec was the youngest in his class to graduate. In Alec’s free time he enjoys spending time with his friends at Tejas Rodeo, competing in jiu-jitsu, bouldering, lifting weights and gaming.
